The mastery series has audio recordings of key educational events. This was motivated by my conviction that with key information and the essential tools, we can all experience the self-growth we desire. We have the innate resources – it’s knowing how to get there and hold consistency once we are there.

In this audio series I connect the dots between what it is you want to change, and how to get there. This recording combines the latest tools with the wisdom and experience I have gathered over decades of work.

This audio series covers:  clearing techniques for repetitive fears and worries, how to hold perspective, Byron Katie, Sedona Method, Emotional Freedom Technique, and an eclectic of other modalities. It is pivotal to build a tool kit of highly effective, practical methods to guide yourself in your own work.

This audio will help you learn how to focus your mind so you can direct your awareness to what is really important to you, and away from mind chatter. Easy and effective meditation techniques are taught. Powerful calming tools are shared. And mindfulness exercises are practiced.

All change happens in the present. As you learn more about Feeling Calm Within, you are more conscious in the present moment—that is where life is!!

This is powerful.

CD Series 4 – The Laughing and Breathing Belly

As adults, we know that whatever activates the anxiety, worry, frustration, or overwhelm cycle in our lives, can often become repetitive. The cycle will become more intense and reactive with practice. This can stay with us for years.

Today, statistics report that anxiety disorders are affecting 1 in 8 of our children.

As parents, we want help our children to develop creative and healthy habits at an early age. This builds their skills and confidence, and can prepare them for life experiences.

This workshop is entitled “the Laughing and Breathing Belly” so it becomes a quick code for the young mind to refer to when they are stressed.

The intent is to start children early in developing a tool kit, leads to self-management and self-empowerment.

Testimonial

Our ability, as parents, to support our children to thrive in stressful situations is becoming more and more important. Children need very specific tools in their self regulation 'tool kits' that they can draw upon to support their success, and trusted adults to coach them in their use. But what are these tools and how to we teach them effectively to our kids?

Thankfully, there is Beverley Pugh! Bev takes a curious and calm approach to supporting children and parents with this journey. She is passionately invested in teaching parents and children ways to reduce anxiety and approach life positively and confidently. Bev is a master of her craft - she draws on years of her own experience as a parent and counsellor to work effectively and respectfully with children and their parents. I have thoroughly enjoyed Bev's recent workshops for parents and children and recommend them to anyone willing to explore specific strategies to help their children thrive at home, at school and in their community.
