When I first came to counselling, I was a nervous wreck. I hadn’t slept in months. My family was ready to excommunicate me. I looked pasty and my complexion was horrible. I felt awful. My doctor referred me to Bev for help.
Bev took two approaches. One was what was going on in my life that could be upsetting me…that was so very helpful!
Then she introduced me to very practical strategies I could do to improve my sleep. I love the cold cloth, and the belly breathing and stretches. She had me do some weird stretches that actually worked!
I would encourage everyone to take action to improve their sleep routines. It really helped me. I feel like a different person now. Thank you Bev!
